**Most injectors fill the pre-jowl.**

That one difference can completely change the result.

The biggest mistake I see is treating the hollow like it's simply a space that needs more filler. But if you don't think about *how* you're placing the product, you often end up with a heavier jawline instead of a more defined one.

One of the details I focus on is my injection angle.

Using an approach around **60°** allows me to build structural support beneath the pre-jowl depression rather than just filling the indentation itself.
