We will have normal business hours this week (6/22-6/26) but we will be CLOSED for a family vacation Monday (6/29) through Friday (7/3.)

Tight calves, Pain with walking, or your first few steps in the morning feeling like you’re walking on your kids legos?

You could be dealing with plantar fasciitis- an inflammatory response in the tendon sheath that support your foot! This can be cause from a number of different problems from something as simple as poor footwear, over use, or a restriction in the foot itself not allowing it to function properly. This can result in sharp stabbing pains, pins and needles feeling or numbness. Which may you to walk differently which may lead to other issues like low back pain!

Through adjusting, dry needling and other myofascial treatments we can help alleviate that pain and get you moving again!
