✨ **Your body is amazing—and it often gives clues that labor may be getting closer.**

As your due date approaches, you may begin to notice changes that signal your body is preparing for labor. While every pregnancy is different, some common signs include:

🤍 Baby dropping lower into your pelvis
🤍 More frequent Braxton Hicks contractions
🤍 A burst of energy (the nesting instinct)
🤍 Increased vaginal discharge
🤍 Changes in your bowel habits

Remember, these signs don’t necessarily mean labor will start today. They can happen days—or even weeks—before your baby arrives.

The most important thing? Listen to your body, trust your instincts, and contact your healthcare provider if you have concerns or think labor may be beginning.

Every pregnancy is unique, and your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. 💜
