🚑 Strengthening Trauma Care Across Our Community

More than 100 colleagues, community health care providers, vendors and speakers came together last Thursday for St. Tammany Health System’s 4th annual Trauma Symposium.

Attendees heard from experts on a wide range of topics, including pediatric trauma, first-responder PTSD, post-resuscitation trauma care and prehospital blood administration.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s symposium a success and for your continued commitment to improving trauma care in our community. ❤️

St. Tammany Health System and the Blood Center are teaming up for a seasonally themed blood drive on Friday, Sept. 18, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.

📅 Friday, Sept. 18
⏰ 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
📍 Mandeville/Covington Room, First-Floor Conference Center

Successful donors will receive a USA-themed polo shirt and a Halloween-season treat: a VIP pass to either The Mortuary haunted house in New Orleans or The Sawmill haunted house at Coquille Park in Covington! 👻
