We've been quiet on here, have been busy doing the work!

But excited to share that this week so far we welcomed 3 new babies born at home. We had our first "double header" where we went straight from one birth to the next! That storm brought some birthing energy. 🌟

Vermont is one of a few states with Certificate of Need Laws preventing Freestanding Birth Centers. Please support us in our efforts to give Vermonters the choice to give birth in Freestanding Birth Centers!

Birthing centers would be exempt from the process.

Hello from your midwives, Alison and Heidi! We took some time this summer to reconnect with our families and friends, each other, and ourselves and are back at it for the fall and winter! We missed attending births for a couple of months and are excited to welcome some new babes✨We are constantly in awe of this wild and unpredictable path we are on.

Happy and tired midwives at a long labor with a strong, resilient mama. 2022 is starting off busy for us! We love what we do and I love my new sweatshirt. It says, "You Are Enough" 🌈 that's my motto for 2022.

Tinctures restocked! I love growing these herbs and making tinctures for our midwifery community. Motherwort is one of our favorites. Heidi gives it to anyone needing a little extra support. I think of it as a big hug.
