We ask A LOT of questions during appointments. And every once in a while, we get a look that says, “What does that have to do with why I’m here?”

The answer is that we’re looking for connections. If you come in because you’re exhausted, we may end up talking about your digestion, sleep, hormones, medications, infections you had years ago, what your typical day looks like, or whether there has ever been water damage in your home.

We want to know when your symptoms started and what was going on around that time. Did they come on gradually or all at once? Did anything change right before you started feeling different? What makes you feel better? What makes things worse? Have you noticed other symptoms that started around the same time?

We also pay attention to the things you may have gotten used to living with. Sometimes a patient mentions something almost in passing because it has been happening for so long that they don’t really think much about it anymore. That little piece of information may lead us to ask a few more questions.

We’re basically putting together a puzzle. Your history gives us some of the pieces, your symptoms give us others, and labs or testing can help fill in more when we need them. All of the details matter.

09/08/2026

One question we get all of the time is, “What do you usually do for ______?”

Fill in the blank with fatigue, thyroid problems, digestive issues, hormones, autoimmune issues, mold, Lyme, cancer, or just about anything else.

The answer always depends on the person. We can have two patients sitting in our office with very similar symptoms, and once we start going through their histories, we find two very different stories. One may have been dealing with their symptoms for years. Another noticed changes all of the sudden. Their labs may look different, or they may look the same.

All of that matters when we’re deciding what to do next. For one person, previous lab results and medical records give us a big head start. For someone else, there may be a specific questions we need testing to help answer. We always look at lifestyle, but some people already have that based covered. Sometimes there’s a treatment or therapy we think is worth considering. Often, it’s a combination of several things.

As we proceed with recommendations, we tweak as we go. If something is helping, that tells us something. If symptoms change, labs change, or something new pops up, we take that into consideration in deciding the path forward.

Care for every person is truly customized because when you’re the person actually following the plan, there should be a good reason behind what’s on it.

Practicing intentional gratitude physically alters brain structure and brain chemistry, which strengthens pathways in your brain for continued positive thinking, and emotional regulation.

The reverse is also true.

The thoughts you think and the words you speak train your brain what to seek and focus on.

Make the choice to focus your thoughts on and speak about all of the blessings in your life.

When you meet Kim Donnelly, one of the first things you'll notice is how naturally her clinical knowledge is paired with a genuine desire to help people feel comfortable, understood, and cared for.

Kim is our Family Nurse Practitioner, but her experience in healthcare began long before joining Greiner Health Solutions. Over the years, she has cared for patients in a variety of roles, first as a Registered Nurse and later as a Nurse Practitioner. Her broad experience has influenced the way Kim approaches healthcare today.

Kim fits perfectly into our team because she has extensive training in both traditional and regenerative medicine, giving her the ability to look at patient care from more than one perspective. She is passionate about continuing to learn, exploring different approaches to health, and helping patients better understand the options that may be appropriate for their individual needs.

At Greiner Health Solutions, Kim works alongside the rest of our team to help provide thoughtful, individualized care while making sure you feel supported throughout your health journey.

We're grateful to have Kim's experience, compassion, curiosity, and love of learning as part of the Greiner Health Solutions team. She know that great healthcare is about combining knowledge, passion, listening to the person in front of you, and using that knowledge to care for each patient as an individual.

For Dr. Erin Greiner, helping people live healthier lives is something she is passionate about, and has lots of personal experience with. Her health journey began when she was young, dealing with chronic ear infections and severe allergies as a child. Later, as a young adult, she experienced thyroid and hormone imbalances associated with an Epstein-Barr infection. When the conventional approaches she tried didn't provide the help she was looking for, she began exploring nutrition, functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and lifestyle changes more deeply. What she learned along the way changed not only her own health, but also the way she wanted to help others.

Today, Dr. Erin serves as one of our chiropractors and works alongside the rest of the Greiner Health Solutions clinical team to help make sure your personal recommendations are thorough and comprehensive.

One of the things she loves most is helping people realize that healthier living doesn't have to feel complicated or overwhelming. Whether the conversation is about nutrition, movement, lifestyle, or simply finding a realistic place to begin, she enjoys helping people turn what they know about health into practical choices they can actually incorporate into everyday life, and she practices that philosophy herself.

When you meet Dr. Erin, we hope you feel that you're talking with someone who understands that becoming healthier is all about learning what your body needs, making meaningful changes, and having people beside you who genuinely want to see you thrive.

For Dr. Nick Greiner, his knowledge and approach to healthcare continue to evolve.

Health and fitness have been part of his life for as long as he can remember, but Dr. Nick struggled with significant digestive issues before he entered healthcare. His own search for answers ultimately shaped the approach that he takes to help others. He understands how frustrating it can be when you don't feel like yourself and aren't sure where to turn next. He also knows that symptoms don't always tell the whole story, which is why he is passionate about listening, looking at your health from a broader perspective, and exploring the factors that may be contributing to how you feel.

Having studied and worked in both traditional medicine and holistic health, Dr. Nick brings an important perspective to patient care. His experience in both worlds helps him appreciate the strengths of each approach and consider a wider range of information when helping patients understand their health. Rather than believing care has to fit into one philosophy or the other, he believes the most thoughtful approach is often one that considers the whole person and uses the tools that make sense for that individual. His curiosity and commitment to learning and continuing to offer cutting-edge care has been a huge part of the continued evolution of Greiner Health Solutions .

When you meet Dr. Nick, we hope you feel that you have someone knowledgeable and experienced in your corner, who is committed to helping you heal.

Meet Greiner Health Solutions

Behind every appointment, treatment, and recommendation is a knowledgable and compassionate team that believes your health deserves to be understood as a whole.

At Greiner Health Solutions, our approach begins by listening. We take the time to understand your health history, your concerns, your goals, and the experiences that brought you to us. Then we look deeper, considering how different aspects of your health may be connected.

We look for the root cause. Your symptoms are important, but understanding why you are experiencing them can help us see a more complete picture.

We treat you as an individual, because your health history is unique and your recommendations should be, too.

We consider the whole person. Nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, immune function, environmental factors, lifestyle, and other aspects of your health are important factors to consider along the path to healing.

We work with you, because we believe that healthcare is most effective when you understand your options and have a team willing to listen, educate, and partner with you every step of the way.

Whether you have been searching for answers to a complex health concern or want to be proactive about your health and longevity, our goal is the same: to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan designed specifically for you.

Over the next several days, we'd like to introduce you to the team who make Greiner Health Solutions what it is. We look forward to meeting you.

08/19/2026

The excitement of a new season often brings fresh motivation, but lasting health isn't built through short-term challenges or quick fixes. It's built by continuing the healthy habits that help your body thrive, even after life gets busy.

Choosing nutritious foods, staying active, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, making time for preventive care. These everyday choices continue to support your energy, immune system, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being throughout every season.

At Greiner Health Solutions, we believe sustainable health comes from consistent, personalized care. Rather than following one-size-fits-all plans, we work with you to develop realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle and evolve with your health goals.

As the school year settles into a routine, don't let your wellness goals fade into the background. Keep investing in the habits that help you feel your best.

Healthy living isn't seasonal. It's a lifelong commitment. If you're ready to build healthy habits that last beyond this season, we're here to help you create a personalized plan designed for lifelong wellness.
