Once again, I'm amazed by the generosity of others. A huge thank you to Tracey Houle for the unexpected delivery of some of the most amazing cinnamon rolls ever! And thank you to Casey Novak for delivering them to us. You are truly an incredible baker, and both your kindness means so much.

I'm looking for a high school student, college student, retired teacher, or anyone who enjoys math and would be willing to tutor one of our clients as he works toward earning his GED.

Unfortunately, I've reached the point where I can only take him so far. I hate to admit it, but it's the truth! I think I am confusing him more than helping 😂 He's starting to get into the math that's not my comfort zone, and I'd love to find someone who can help build his confidence and understanding.

We're also looking for any GED/HSED study books, math workbooks, pre-algebra or algebra books, practice tests, flashcards, or other paper study materials that anyone may have collecting dust and would be willing to donate or lend.

Once a month, we celebrate birthdays and this Tuesday, June 30th is the day. We've partnered with Beef-N-Dogs and the Crandon Lions Club for some delicious food along with a caprese salad and baked beans. Our birthday guests will receive a special treat from BC Cakes of Crandon. It's going to be a great day. Join us at 110 W Madison Street, the American Legion Forest Post 94 Crandon, WI.

My heart is so full after such a wonderful day on Thursday!

A huge THANK YOU to Angela Peterson, Bill Peterson, Abby Peterson, Pekka Ruuskanen from Ponsse North America, Sherry Connor, Barbara Javoroski, and of course our volunteer Vicky Ratty for giving our Alicia’s Place clients such a special experience at Goodman Park.
They helped cross another item off our bucket list and created memories our clients will not forget.
The day was filled with so much kindness and fun brats, hot dogs, cold salads, an incredible ice cream sundae bar, games, painting projects, laughter, and time together. Every detail made the day feel extra special.
On top of that, the Peterson family generously donated to help support field trips this summer, and Ponsse gifted our clients and staff gear to wear and keep. Your generosity and community spirit mean more than words can express.
Thank you for giving our clients not just a picnic, but a day full of joy, inclusion, friendship, and memories. We are incredibly grateful for your support of Alicia’s Place ❤️
