Q2 KING COMBINE + MEMBER APPRECIATION BBQ

(yes, Tuesday - we all have kids who do things on the weekends now)
We're kicking off summer the best way we know how: lifting weights, testing progress, eating good food, and spending time with great people.
This quarter we'll be testing:
• Back Squat
• Bench Press
• Deadlift
• 60-Second Max Assault Bike Sprint (NEW)
• Broad Jump - Max Distance (NEW)
The goal isn't to compete against anyone else. It's to assess and re-assess your progress, celebrate the work you've put in this quarter, and get a better understanding of where you're at in your training.
During and after testing, stick around for our Member Appreciation Potluck & BBQ.
Bring your family. Bring a dish if you'd like. Hang out with the community.
