Your feet are your foundation — and they can tell you a lot about how your body is moving, balancing, and compensating.

When you walk barefoot for a moment, pay attention:
Do you feel steady?
Do you notice stiffness?
Does one side feel different than the other?
Are your feet, ankles, knees, or hips trying to tell you something?

Sometimes the smallest observations can give us important clues about the bigger picture.

Today is a simple reminder to slow down, reconnect with your body, and notice how you feel with every step.
