So grateful that so many of you came to class tonight, despite the iffy weather forecast. It all worked out beautifully - I mean, look at that sky! Friends, the air is really icky due to the wildfires. It just isn’t safe to practice outdoors today.

In the interest of everyone’s respiratory health, I am cancelling class today, Wednesday July 15th 2026.

If you can, take a few minutes and do a home practice dedicated to “ahimsa” (nonharming) for our beloved planet 🌎
