We are proud to announce Charlene Rogers as our Quest for Excellence winner.
Charlene exemplifies what it means to be a great and caring Social Service Director! From admission to discharge she supports each resident and their family. She has been an invaluable member of the team for 6 years and has worked in senior care for the last 21 years.
Charlene was nominated by her peers because of her commitment to the residents, their families, and our community. Her passion for what she does is demonstrated through the love she has for the residents and our team here at Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville. Charlene’s passion for the residents she serves shines through in all that she does.
When asked what inspired her to work in this field, Charlene stated that she is grateful to work with those that she can learn so much from and for the ability to be able to impact the lives of the seniors she supports. Charlene exemplifies ASC’s core values in every aspect and is the epitome of a team player, always stepping in wherever and whenever needed.
A quote that speaks to Charlene is “Everyday may not be good, but there is something good in every day.”
