It was such a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, delicious food, music, and the joy of spending time together. We are so grateful to our residents, families, friends, and community members who made the day so special.

A very special thank you to Ukulele John for sharing his incredible music and bringing the spirit of the islands to Addie Meedom House. 🎶🌺 We also want to thank Ventriloquist Joe for his unforgettable performance that had everyone smiling and laughing! 😊👏

🐾❤️ Sometimes, the smallest moments bring the biggest smiles.

Our residents enjoyed a special visit from some furry friends, and the joy they brought was truly heartwarming. Pet therapy offers more than just cuddles—it creates moments of connection, comfort, and happiness that stay with us long after the visit is over.

There is something so special about the unconditional love of an animal. A gentle nuzzle, a wagging tail, and a few moments spent together can brighten someone’s entire day. We are so grateful for these special visitors and the love they share with our residents. 🐶💕

This week we're excited to recognize Lisa Lopez, our incredible Dietary Manager, who has been serving the residents of Addie Meedom House for the past two years.

Lisa has a true passion for bringing people together through food. She works hard every day to create delicious, home-cooked meals that our residents enjoy while making sure their nutritional needs are met. Her caring heart, positive attitude, and dedication to our residents shine through in everything she does.

When she's not in the kitchen at Addie Meedom House, Lisa stays busy giving back to the community. She enjoys being actively involved with her church, volunteering at the local dog shelter, and sharing her love of cooking by catering events and parties. Whether she's serving a meal, helping animals in need, or supporting her community, Lisa is always looking for ways to make a difference.

A huge thank you to our amazing Park Rangers for taking our residents on a guided hike through the beautiful Howland Hill Outdoor School! 🌲🥾

Your passion for nature and engaging stories made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. Our residents loved exploring the trails, discovering the beauty around them, and spending time outdoors together. Thank you for making it such a special day!
