Lucy’s passion for dementia care is rooted in seeing the person beyond the diagnosis and understanding that behavior is often a form of communication. Through her work with our residents, families, nurses, and team members, Lucy helps ensure that every individual is understood, supported, and empowered to maintain as much independence as possible.

Her dedication to advocacy, education, and truly person-centered care embodies the heart of our Harmony Village philosophy.

Our community came together to celebrate Chuseok, Korean Thanksgiving, with delicious traditional foods, beautiful cultural attire, and time spent together with residents and team members. 🥢💗

We love celebrating the cultures and traditions that make our CareOne family so special. It was a wonderful day filled with food, friendship, and meaningful moments!

CareOne at Cresskill residents loved spending time with Skipper during a special pet therapy visit. From warm cuddles to wagging tails, Skipper brought plenty of smiles, comfort, and joy throughout our community! 🐶💙

We always look forward to visits from our four-legged friends and the special moments they create with our residents.

It was the perfect way to treat the team and show our appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and expertise they bring to our patients and residents every day.
