It all comes back to feedback - guiding you to stay on top priority. If you do not bring order to your life, disorder will rule your destiny.

Fill your day with truly meaningful and high priority actions that fulfill you - when you do, there is less space for it to be consumed by low priority distractions which disempower and drain you.
