Providing Somatic Breathwork & Conscious Connected Breathwork to help people release (mind + body), regulate their nervous system & reconnect to themselves.

Join me on Sunday, June 14th at Refresh on the Mountain for an immersive Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey through breath 🫁, body πŸ‘οΈ, and consciousness 🧠✨.

Using a simple rhythmic breathing pattern and a carefully curated music journey, the prefrontal Cortex becomes less dominant, allowing participants to move into expanded states of awareness where deeper layers of emotion, insight, creativity, and self-discovery can emerge.

Many people experience:
πŸ’– Emotional release
πŸ‘οΈ Greater clarity and insight
🧘 Reduced stress and tension
🧠 Access to subconscious material
🫢 Breakthroughs around past traumas, patterns and beliefs
πŸ„ Psychedelic-like healing journeys
πŸ«‚ A deeper connection to themselves

These sessions are often described as a powerful alternative to plant medicine work, where Conscious Connected Breathwork allows you to access deep layers of the mind, and profound inner experiences using one of the most powerful healing tools you already possess: Your breath 🫁

For 65 minutes, you'll be invited to journey inward and explore what may be ready to shift, soften, release, or transform.

✨ The medicine isn't outside of you. The medicine is within you, and the breath is the key! πŸ—οΈπŸ«

Space is limited to 12 people
$80 investment

A purchased ticket and completed waiver are required to RSVP your spot: https://www.facebook.com/events/2039747610296556/

We look forward to holding space for your journey within, and transformation πŸ’–
