We had such a great time with the North Okaloosa Medical Center OB/GYN team earlier this week!

We learned, we talked, and we definitely laughed our way through the biofeedback demo which might have been our favorite part. 😆

We’re so grateful for this team and their dedication to caring for women and families in our community. Thank you for welcoming us and spending your lunch with us! 🫶

Our 4:8 merch shop is officially LIVE 🙌 but this is about a whole lot more than some cute shirts.

We’ve always wanted 4:8 to be something that reaches beyond the walls of our clinic. A business that serves people well, loves our community well, and uses what we’ve been given to do some GOOD.

There’s a new face at 4:8 this fall, and we’re so excited to introduce her!

Monet is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student completing her final clinical rotation with us. 🤍

That means she’s made it through years of DPT coursework and clinical training, and now she gets to spend the next several months putting all of that knowledge into practice alongside our team.

And because Monet has a special interest in pelvic health PT, we’re especially excited to help her dive deeper into the kind of care we love so much around here.

During her rotation, you may see her learning alongside our team, participating in evaluations and treatments, practicing clinical reasoning, studying pelvic health & orthopedic cases, and helping us with a few special 4:8 community projects along the way.

And yes, YOU, our clients, are part of her education, too!

Your comfort always comes first. You can ask questions or tell us your preferences regarding student participation before your visit. If you choose to let a student learn alongside your care, thank you! We all started out learning alongside amazing clients just like you. 🤍

Someone once gave each of us the opportunity to learn, ask questions, practice our skills, and become better clinicians.

Now we get to return the favor.

Our goal is to send Monet into the profession knowing more than anatomy, exercises, and treatment techniques. We want her to know how to listen to people, think critically, ask better questions, treat the whole person, and help patients get back to the things that matter to them.
