PTA, toddler chaser, chicken tender (literally 🐓), and your biggest hype girl.

When she’s not in the clinic, she’s juggling two toddlers, tending her garden, and living her best backyard life. 🌿

The Move Well Initiative is a series of simple movement posters that will be placed around local businesses throughout our community. Each poster will include 2-3 targeted exercises for that environment (desk workers, moms, athletes, etc.), along with a QR code that links to a full guide with videos on our website — because better movement should be everywhere. 🩵🩵
