Huge thanks to the incredibly Good Samaritan Group for hosting an unforgettable Sports day and Food Social at Crestview Rehabilitation Center!

Our residents had an absolute blast participating in the basketball, bean bag toss and ring toss competitions. A special shout-out to our talented residents who took home 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies - Your competitive spirit was amazing to watch.

We also want to extend a massive thank you to our dedicated staff members. Your hard work and energy made this day a seamless success.

Happy Memorable Moment Monday!

Celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care week!

We kicked off our celebrations with a very special visit from Mayor JB Whitten, who joined us to read the official proclamation. It was the perfect start to a week dedicated to the incredible people who live and work in our community!
Throughout the week, our residents and staff brought energy with daily dress-up themes. We also want to give a huge Thank you to our amazing local healthcare partners who dropped by with delicious treats and goodies for everyone to enjoy.

It’s been a week full of smiles and appreciation. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!
