For the past three years, Yoga Teacher Training has been such a meaningful part of Grateful Hearts. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside incredible students as they’ve deepened their practice, found their voices, and stepped into teaching (many of them right here with us)—and I’m so proud of what we’ve created together. 💚
As I look ahead to 2027, though, I’m feeling called to make a little more room in my life.
My family is in a busy and beautiful season. There are travel basketball weekends, family adventures, things I want to experience, and simply more time I want to be present for. Hosting a teacher training requires many full weekends throughout the year, and after three consecutive years of saying yes to that commitment, I feel really good about giving myself permission to take a season off.
So, at this time, I’m not planning to host a Grateful Hearts Yoga Teacher Training for 2027.
This isn’t a goodbye to teacher training—just a little breathing room and an opportunity to listen to what the next season is meant to look like for myself and my family.
And in a way, it feels especially fitting because teacher education at Grateful Hearts is already growing beyond me. Caitlin will soon be leading our upcoming Pilates Teacher Training, which is officially FULL and kicks off THIS weekend! Watching another teacher step into leadership and seeing so much excitement around this training makes me incredibly proud of where our community is headed.
Sometimes growth looks like adding more.
And sometimes growth looks like making space.
I’m very grateful for both and the grace of our community that allows me to still be human and not burn out on something I care deeply for. I’ll be sharing a few different local and online programs in stories today that I absolutely recommend if you are feeling led to deepen your practice in the coming year. 💚🙏🏽
