I recently received an email from a client sharing how much Reiki and our sessions have supported him through stress and anxiety.

His words stayed with me.

Reiki doesn’t make life perfect.

It’s about creating space where your nervous system can exhale.

A space to pause.
A space to breathe.
A space to receive.
A space to reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes that pause can be more meaningful than we realize.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who trusts me to hold that space.

🤍 The gentle reminder that you are already worthy of receiving love, support, and abundant blessings.
