Movement, music, and a little fun! 💪🎶

We recently started a combined Occupational Therapy and Activities exercise program designed to promote movement, strength, coordination, and overall well-being.

And, of course, no exercise program is complete without a little dancing! 💃🕺 Our residents know how to keep things fun while staying active! ❤️

🎉Please join us in welcoming Audrianna Mendonca, the very first Respiratory Therpist(RT) at Creswell Post Acute🎉

We are excited to have Audrianna Mendonca, RT join our team and help lead the growth of our respiratory program. Having a dedicated Respiratory Therapist in our facility means enhanced respiratory care, closer monitoring, and additional support for our residents with breathing and lung-related conditions.

A Respiratory Therapist is a healthcare professional specially trained to care for residents with conditions such as:
•COPD
•Asthma
•Pneumonia
•Sleep apnea
•Chronic respiratory failure
•Tracheostomies
•Oxygen dependence

RT’s provide treatments such as:
•Breathing treatments (nebulizers)
•Oxygen therapy management
•CPAP/BiPAP support
•Tracheostomy care
•Airway clearance therapy (Acapella/PEP therapy)
•Incentive spirometer training
•Respiratory assessments and monitoring

Audrianna will work closely with our
nursing, therapy, and medical teams to help improve lung health, reduce respiratory complications, and support our residents in breathing easier and feeling their best every day.
