Esse Health is thrilled to introduce Dr. Elizabeth Montgomery, D.O.

Dr. Montgomery is board certified in Family Medicine with a special interest in Obesity Medicine. She enjoys helping patients become the healthiest version of themselves by creating a comfortable environment. Going to the doctor is often a scary and vulnerable experience for some, and her goal is to work with patients to identify issues and enhance their health and well-being.

Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Montgomery enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking. She also enjoys reading, knitting, and taking her dog to the dog park.

Giving Back with Esse Health!

Our amazing Esse Health team recently volunteered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) at Arlington United Methodist Church in Bridgeton, MO, helping to build beds for local children in need. It was a fun and rewarding experience, and we’re so proud of our teammates for their dedication!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered and donated to our bedding drive—it wouldn’t have been possible without your generosity! Together, we’re making a difference in our community, one bed at a time. ❤️

Esse Health is thrilled to introduce Dr. Sean Villaflores, M.D., who has joined our team as a board-eligible Internal Medicine physician.

Dr. Villaflores is passionate about preventative care, geriatric medicine, and comprehensive health screenings. He is dedicated to educating and supporting patients to positively influence them in achieving and maintaining their long-term health goals.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Villaflores enjoys photography, remodeling and fixing cars, and running. He’s married and a proud parent to one child.
