I wasn't going to share this, but it's been on my mind since this morning so I feel like I need to. Today was the perfect example of why I do what I do and why I love it so much.

A client came in today who really needed some help. This client had never met me before, but we talked. I asked questions, I listened, and I told them that this wasn't going to be like a typical massage based on what they told me. I know they didn't know what to expect, but they trusted me, and that means everything.

And guys, I almost teared up after the session was over and I saw the difference that I helped make for this person. There is so much to this person's story, but there was true relief on their face afterwards. I do this for that reason. I love people. I love helping people. And I'm so eternally grateful to be trusted with such an important aspect of your lives. So thank you. Truly. ❤️

Wow! What an honor to be working in the same space with someone so highly regarded in the community!

I will say that in deciding on where to start our business up here, one of the things that sat with Eric and I so well as how much passion Dr. Tela Perez, DC / The Chiropractic & Wellness Studio has for their patients. It's not "just an adjustment" it is true care, finding the root, and working from there. And because we feel the same way about our own work, this seemed like a great fit-and we were right!

Earlier this week, I found myself reflecting on years of messages, photos, & conversations with so many of you — from pregnancy announcements, birth stories, first steps, growing families, healing journeys, heavy conversations, & all of the moments in between.
