Did you know the difference it makes when your skin is dry vs damp when you apply products/prescription medications? Sometimes it’s better to apply certain items on damp skin vs dry and vice versa. Here is a cheat sheet but ensure you follow your dermatologists recommendations. Additionally, we have included an example of how water increases your skins permeability.

This is why a simple, uncomplicated skin care routine that utilizes sunscreen and hydration as a minimum is so important. It helps protect your skin while not having to work so hard. It’s especially important at high elevation where the suns rays are so more intense and there’s so little humidity.
