Our ultimate goal is to improve the patient's overall quality of life in the rural communities and to achieve a reduction in heart failure hospitalizations. The specialty services we offer will be provided by Dr. Yasser Salem and Amel Elshaier, DNP encompassing ultrasound, xray and laboratory services. The combination of primary care medicine and cardiology allows the Heart Failure Survival Center and Quantum Healthcare the ability to deliver superior care with confidence in order to achieve superior results for their patients.

Big news, friends! 📣

If you’ve seen me around over the last couple of years, you know how much heart I’ve poured into bringing wellness and IV therapy to our community. Back in June of 2024, Melissa took a chance on me, brought me under her wing at HYDROVITA, and trusted me to help open her second location right here in Marinette.

I truly cannot put into words how forever grateful I am for her. Working alongside Melissa, receiving her love and guidance, and learning from her has given me a confidence as a nurse I didn't know I had. She created a space for me to grow in this field far more than I ever could have imagined.

As they say, sometimes growth simply means moving in a new direction.

I am officially stepping out to launch my very own brand: The Well — IV & Wellness Lounge!

While the name on the door and the branding are changing, nothing else is. I am still right here, offering the exact same care, dedication, and passion for your health and wellness journey. I am just taking everything Melissa taught me and taking this next leap on my own.

To Melissa: thank you for being an extraordinary mentor, leader, and friend. I would not be stepping into this new chapter without you.
