The Heart Failure Survival Center of America (HFSCA) and Quantum Healthcare are a small independent practice that offer Cardiology care and Primary Care to our local area. Our Description:

The Heart Failure Survival Center of America (HFSCA) and Quantum Healthcare is an integrated outpatient cardiac care system and Urgent Care that is operated by highly qualified staff members. We are leaders in

the development of innovative, cost-effective approaches for prevention and management of cardiovascular disease, heart failure and primary care medicine. We can deliver this unique specialty care to our patients by partnering with our patients and the primary care providers. Our ultimate goal is to improve the patient's overall quality of life in the rural communities and to achieve a reduction in heart failure hospitalizations. The specialty services we offer will be provided by Dr. Yasser Salem and Amel Elshaier, DNP encompassing ultrasound, xray and laboratory services. The combination of primary care medicine and cardiology allows the Heart Failure Survival Center and Quantum Healthcare the ability to deliver superior care with confidence in order to achieve superior results for their patients.
