Tomorrow, America turns 250.

It's a staggering number for a country. But think about it for a second and it stops being about a country at all.

Because a whole generation lived through the part we now call history. They grew up with the radio before the television, the letter before the phone call, the porch before the group chat.

They built the ordinary American life the rest of us were simply handed.

Two and a half centuries is a milestone none of us will ever see again. And the people who carried us the furthest deserve to feel every bit of it, not from a distance, not down the hall, but right where they are, known by name.

That's what this weekend is really about for us.

Making sure the ones who gave us the last 250 years never have to celebrate the milestones alone.

Happy Fourth of July.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of a cherished member of our Crofton family.

For more than 14 years, Liz Mbuvi served as a Nursing Assistant with unwavering compassion, dedication, and kindness.

Throughout the years, Liz touched the lives of countless residents, families, and colleagues, providing comfort, dignity, and care when it was needed most.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Liz’s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.
