Due to several family issues, we will no longer be open for business. I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing any of the patients. We anticipated having another nurse practitioner in the office to begin seeing patients on August 1st but that has been delayed. Patients will be contacted when everything is in place in order to schedule appointments. In the meantime patients may call the following providers to assume their care:

There is a lot of stuff going around that our office is closing. The office is in fact NOT closing. We will be back opened up seeing patients in August. If you need any refill request please tell your pharmacy to fax it over. We can't wait for this new season for the clinic❤️
