Just because it’s cloudy outside doesn’t mean your skin is protected from the sun. UV rays can pass through clouds, exposing your skin to damage even on overcast days.

Daily sunscreen use helps prevent sunburn, premature aging, dark spots, and reduces the risk of skin cancer.

Enjoy the summer weather but mindful of your exposure. Remember to also wear a hat, sunglasses, sun-protection apparel, & to reapply spf 50+ every 2 hours. UV rays are strongest between the hours of 10am-4pm.

Making sunscreen part of your everyday routine is one of the simplest & most effective ways to keep your skin healthy year round.
