As the final days of summer give way to the routines of fall, it's easy to move from one busy season to the next without taking a moment to pause.

This restorative evening begins with gentle grounding and guided breathwork before transitioning into a 60-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, hand pan, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, rain shakers, djembe, chimes, and other soothing instruments.
