Breast cancer can change everything — how you move, how you feel and how you navigate everyday life.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we honor every person facing breast cancer and every survivor continuing their journey. This month is about more than pink ribbons. It’s about supporting patients at every stage of treatment and recovery. Recovery looks different for everyone, but no one should have to face the challenges alone.

Our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program helps patients manage treatment-related side effects, regain strength and function and return to the activities that matter most, whether it’s returning to the dance floor, getting back to work or being more present with your loved ones.

We're proud to stand beside patients every step of the way.

October is National Physical Therapy Month! We asked our therapists: "What do you wish every patient knew about physical therapy?" From dispelling major myths to sharing true words of inspiration and encouragement, they did not disappoint.

Whether it’s sports injuries, joint pain, pelvic health, cancer rehabilitation or specialty care, our dedicated therapists put their skills to work to help you move better, heal faster and get back to what you love.

Join us throughout the month in thanking physical therapists for their vital role in helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain and regain independence.

As the official physical therapy partner to the Chicago White Sox , our centers couldn't wait to root for their favorite team in the playoffs.

From the field to our centers, we're cheering the White Sox on from wherever we are. Maybe it's the Pope's blessing, maybe it's our centers' spirit; whatever has caused this turnaround, we'll take it!

Social media influencer Natalie Caez knew something was off, but she had no idea her symptoms were actually signs of something much more serious.

After all, a little stiffness, numbness and tingling in her legs could have been from being an avid runner. Did that also explain the blurry vision, urinary issues, fatigue and weakness? Finally, a friend mentioned that Natalie’s walking pattern seemed off. It was time to figure out what was happening. Many months and doctor appointments later, an MRI revealed lesions on Natalie’s brain and spinal cord. It was Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Natalie didn’t waste a moment. A week after her diagnosis, she jumped right into physical therapy with Physical Therapist Cassandra "Cass" Borglum. Working on things like strength, balance, endurance and movement strategies, Natalie’s progress seemed subtle at first.

“I think that’s one of the most amazing things about physical therapy: progress can be very quiet,” Natalie said. “It takes time, and you have to be patient with yourself, but then one day you realize, ‘wow, look at what I can do now that I couldn’t before.’”

From using a cane to get around to walking the runway for a fundraiser fashion show, Natalie’s progress has been impressive. And while she knows MS can be unpredictable, Natalie says she’s committed to living fully, being patient with herself and sharing her story to help others through their MS journeys, including the power of physical therapy.

A morning walk. A first step after surgery. A return to the field. Moving through life without pain.
