Today is a little different, because it's my birthday! 🎂🤍

Starting this practice has been one of the most exciting chapters of my life, and I'm so grateful for everyone who has been a part of it so far. Every client who walks through my door, every conversation, every session, and every person who has encouraged me along the way has helped shape what this space is becoming.

As I start another year, I'm looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and create a peaceful place where people can take a break from the outside world and simply take care of themselves.

Meet my little assistant, Bruno. 🐾

There’s something special about having a dog nearby during a massage or Reiki session. Bruno has a natural way of bringing comfort, a sense of calm, and a little reminder to slow down and be present. ☁️

He may not be Reiki certified just yet, but he takes his job very seriously. 😉

If you’re comfortable with him nearby, he may pop in for a hello, or a nap, while you relax. 🤍

A little reintroduction…✨

If you’re new around here, welcome! And if you’ve been here for a while, thank you for being part of this little corner of the world.

I’m Jamie, a licensed Massage Therapist in Michigan and a newly certified Reiki Master. I created this space to give women a place to slow down, breathe, and simply be. My approach to massage and Reiki is rooted in holistic wellness.

🐾 MEET BRUNO.

My 1½ year old English Mastiff and 150-lb gentle giant. Because my practice is located in my home, Bruno may occasionally pop in to say hello or hang out nearby, but only if you’re comfortable with dogs.

Not a dog person? Have allergies? No problem. Just let me know, and I’ll make arrangements for Bruno to be completely out of the home during your appointment. Your comfort comes first, always.

My dedicated treatment room is separate from my everyday living space, creating a quiet and private environment for your session. No busy lobby. No rushing. No clinical feeling. Just a peaceful, intentional space where you can relax and reconnect.

I’m so excited to welcome new faces, continue growing this community, and create a space where women can prioritize themselves without guilt.
