⏱️ 90 Minute Massage

So as some of you know by now I have been talking about moving into a bigger unit in my building (for about 5 months) and just when I thought I was finally getting it, the current tenant has changed his mind again leaving me unit-less because I didn't renew my lease because he said he'd be out 🙄.
Luckily I have made an amazing friend in the building, , that has kindly allowed me to move into one of her spaces in her unit until guy finally moves out and the unit I'm suppose to be getting gets renovated. Whenever that may be now.
So for the foreseeable future I will be in unit 125. I will do my best to remind everyone where I'm at now! Thank you! 😁

Your forearms might be the real reason everything else hurts…

Tight forearm muscles don’t just stay in your arms. They create a chain reaction through your body:
👉 Wrist pain & carpal tunnel symptoms
👉 Elbow pain (hello tennis/golfer’s elbow)
👉 Shoulder tension & reduced mobility

Why? Because your muscles, fascia, and nerves are all connected. When your forearms are constantly gripping (phones, weights, keyboards), they stay in a shortened, overworked state… and everything upstream starts compensating.

✔️ Self-massage (daily) – Use a lacrosse ball or your thumb to dig into the forearms. Slow, intentional pressure. Find the “spicy” spots and breathe through them.
✔️ Stretch it out – Extend your arm straight, gently pull fingers back (palm up + palm down variations). Hold 20–30 seconds each.
✔️ Strengthen the opposite – Open-hand band work, finger extensions, and light eccentric wrist exercises to restore balance.
