Massage therapists don’t skip grip day. 💪😂

Grip strength isn’t just about holding heavy dumbbells or hanging onto a bar—it’s literally part of my job. Strong hands, wrists, and forearms help me maintain pressure, control my techniques, and keep my own body from getting absolutely wrecked while helping everyone else feel better.

Farmer carries, dead hangs, heavy lifts… it all counts. 🙌

But not every workout needs to be THAT serious either. Sometimes the goal is to get stronger. Sometimes it’s to work on something that helps my career. And sometimes it’s just to screw around at the gym, try something different, and remember that moving your body is supposed to be FUN. 🤘

Strong grip. Happy therapist. Questionable gym shenanigans. 😂💪
