💙 A little kindness goes a LONG way! 💙

At Pediatric POST, we played a gratitude and compliment game! 🥰 Every time we gave a teammate a genuine compliment or shared something we appreciated about them, we added a sticker to their shirt! 🌈

By the end, we were covered in stickers, smiles, and reminders of just how powerful kind words can be! ❤️

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to forget how much the little things matter. There’s so much good in the world when we take the time to look for it, recognize it, and share it with others.

✨ Spread kindness. Choose love. Lift each other up. You never know how much your words might mean to someone.

And judging by all those stickers… our team has a whole lot of love to give! 💕

Our PT team took the floor at this week’s interdisciplinary meeting! 🧠💪

They gave our OT, Speech & Social Work teams a crash course in gross motor milestones, developmental signs to watch for, and equinus gait (toe walking).

And because they’re PTs… of course there were LOTS of demonstrations. 😂🏃‍♀️

We love learning across disciplines because understanding the whole child helps every member of our team become a better clinician. 💛
