Another Beautiful day spent at the ballpark! As Many of you know my Daughter Ellie plays competitive softball. She and many other athletes are kept aligned and going with the help of chiropractic. All athletes should be checked and adjusted to perform at their best!

Reflecting on this past weekend, we are grateful for the opportunity to help connect new patients with our office through our Patient Appreciation Free Exam opportunity.

A quick reminder as the weather gets nicer and we head into a beautiful but rainy week:

With all the rain we have had lately, many outdoor surfaces are extra wet, soft, and uneven. Even without a slip or fall, walking on unstable ground can sometimes aggravate the pelvis, low back, or hips.

Please be careful this weekend and into next week as you get outside and enjoy the warmer weather.
