✨You Have The Power To Heal✨

If you have a BRCA gene or a strong family history of breast cancer, I want you to know there is more you can do to support your body than simply feeling afraid. We may not control everything, but we can absolutely look at nutrition, micronutrients, toxin reduction, stress, and resilience to better support the immune system and overall health. I believe women deserve more options and more empowering conversations when it comes to hormone health, and having a family history of breast cancer shouldn’t stop us from living long, healthy lives.

✨Breast Cancer Loves Carbs?✨

If you have a strong family history of breast cancer, there’s a conversation we are not having enough about it. Metabolism, insulin resistance, blood sugar, and even your A1C may matter more when it comes to breast cancer risk. Having a higher risk can be scary, but these are things we can actually measure, improve, and support rather than relying on genetics to determine our health outcomes.

BRCA Does NOT Cause Cancer

If you’ve been told that a BRCA gene automatically means cancer is inevitable, I want to challenge that thinking. A genetic marker like BRCA is not the same thing as a cancer diagnosis. I’m walking you through what it actually means, how immune system function plays a role, and why things like nutrition, stress, inflammation, toxins, and infections deserve much more attention in the conversation around breast cancer prevention.

✨Sugar Gums Up Your Gears✨

Your body relies on proteins and enzymes to repair, heal, and create energy. But excess sugar can interfere with that entire process. I’m explaining how sugars building up on proteins in the body gum up your cellular machinery, slow metabolism, damage repair systems, and eventually contribute to chronic illness.

✨Why Sugar Worsens Insulin Resistance✨

If you struggle with insulin resistance or metabolic dysfunction, it is not about willpower or discipline, it’s about chemistry. I’m walking you through how sugar and starch impact blood sugar regulation, why certain foods trigger metabolic stress, and how protein, fat, and vegetables can support healthier metabolism and hormone function if you’re dysregulated.
