Rather than treating recovery as a series of disconnected stages, the Atlas Model provides a single continuous treatment arc that guides individuals from stabilization through long-term recovery planning.

For those we serve, this means that medical, psychiatric, family, and social needs are considered together from the start. This allows for care to move between inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient without losing the thread.
