We are living in times that can feel particularly frightening and anxiety provoking. It is so important to prioritize self-care in any way that you can.

Surround yourself with people that calm your nervous system. Surround yourself with media that gives you a good laugh. Find ways to make life feel more manageable, whatever that may be. You deserve it ✨
