DR. GRACE IS SEEING PATIENTS IN HIS OFFICE FROM 8-9:15 MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY...HE SEES PATIENTS BY VIDEO TELEHEALTH ON THURSDAY MORNINGS. WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SATURDAY MORNING APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE EVERY OTHER SATURDAY.
WE ARE IN NETWORK WITH MEDICARE, AETNA AND CIGNA. ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT IN NETWORK WITH GEHA, TRICARE SELECT AND GHI, MANY OF THOSE PLANS DO HAVE OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS. SOME UHC PLANS ALSO HAVE OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BCBS AND MEDICAID. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AT (352) 795-2246.
