Duties include answering phones, greeting guests, organizing files, data entry, and ordering office supplies and other essential office needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and reply to emails. Greet visitors and guide them to the right place. Clerical Work: Organize paper and digital files. Scan, fax & copy documents assist with payroll, Data & Scheduling: Type data into spreadsheets. Schedule meetings, phone sales and update calendars.
