Lunch is always a good way to say thank you! Carrie Beth Tidwell and Mandy Osteen enjoyed spending some time with the case management team at Decatur Morgan Hospital while representing Cullman Rehab, along with Decatur Rehab, Falkville Rehab, Woodland Village Rehab, Folsom Center, and The Sanctuary at the Woodlands.

Thank you to these case managers for all they do to support patients throughout their care journeys!

Water Day with a twist at Cullman Rehab! 💦☀️

Our residents cooled off with some water fun while their wheelchairs got a fresh “carwash” too! 🧽💧 We topped it all off with fresh lemonade and popsicles for the perfect summer treat.

A huge thank you to Enhabit Home Health & Hospice for helping us make this such a fun afternoon for our residents!
