Just wanted to give a quick update apparently the surgery went well. I’m a little out of it still but the prognosis is good.. probably gonna be out of commission for a little while, but my pirate costume is going to come in handy for Halloween!! thank you so much for all the well wishes these last couple days. I really appreciate it.. hope to be back to making delicious food very soon.

In case you’re curious, that’s what a severely detached retina looks like!! I’ll be having emergency surgery at UAB in the morning! No cool story just woke up and was almost completely blind in one eye. So send me whatever positive energy you got and I really hope to be back creating tasty recipes soon, but until then and he likes shares and comments on my videos would be greatly appreciated because I got a feeling this one’s not gonna be cheap.!!

🔥🥢 1-HOUR AIR FRYER ASIAN STICKY RIBS 🍖🔥

Who says you need a smoker to make AMAZING ribs?! 🤯

These Asian Sticky Ribs are sweet, savory, a little spicy, and covered in a finger-licking sticky glaze!! 🤤🔥

The best part?! You can make them in your AIR FRYER or OVEN in UNDER AN HOUR!! 🙌

Perfect for rainy days when you don’t feel like firing up the smoker or when you’re craving delicious ribs without spending all day cooking outside!!

Trust me, you’re gonna need extra napkins for these!! 😂🍖

🛒 INGREDIENTS

🍖 1 rack baby back ribs
🔥 1½ tbsp BBQ dry rub
🧄 1 tsp salt, pepper & garlic seasoning (SPG)
🌶️ 1 tbsp coarse black pepper
🧂 1 tsp MSG (optional)
✨ 2 tsp baking powder
🥢 1 bottle Asian Zing wing sauce
🌱 2 tsp sesame seeds
🧅 ¼ cup sliced scallions

👨‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ PREP & SEASON: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, then slice the rack into individual bones. Toss with BBQ rub, SPG, black pepper, MSG, and baking powder until every rib is evenly coated.

2️⃣ AIR FRY OR BAKE: Arrange the ribs in your air fryer basket or on a sheet pan for the oven. Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, flip, then cook for another 20 minutes until tender and cooked through.

3️⃣ GET STICKY: Dunk each rib into the Asian Zing sauce, coating all sides, then return to the air fryer or oven for another 3–5 minutes until that sauce gets beautifully caramelized and STICKY!! 🔥🤤

4️⃣ GARNISH & DEVOUR: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh sliced scallions, then dig in!! 🥢🍖

💡 PRO TIP: Cook in batches if needed so the ribs aren’t overcrowded. That extra airflow helps create those delicious caramelized edges!!

🔥 NO SMOKER? NO PROBLEM!!

These ribs prove you don’t need fancy equipment or hours of cooking to make something ridiculously delicious!!
