Five signs you may benefit from our yoga and art retreat.
1. You’re burnt out. You have no energy or motivation, feel stressed, or are struggling to complete projects or begin new ones. Give yourself a weekend of rest, rejuvenating practices, and creative projects.
2. You stay busy all the time. If you say you don’t have time for a retreat, then you probably really need one. Any tasks that are not urgent can likely wait on the back burner while you take a weekend for yourself. You’ll return more focused and grounded, ready to tackle your to-do list with gusto and efficiency.
3. You help everyone around you first. You’re always pushing your needs aside, attending to the needs of your kids, grandkids, partner, clients, friends, etc. It’s time to put yourself first and refill your cup. You can only give from your overflow.
