If you're a teacher, you probably don't think twice about raising your voice when the classroom gets loud.

You have a lesson to teach. Students need your attention. Someone in the back can't hear you.

So you push a little harder.

Then you do it again tomorrow.

Over time, that extra effort can become your normal way of speaking.

Your voice shouldn't have to feel exhausted just because you had a full teaching day.

Learning how to project efficiently can help you be heard without relying on more and more volume.

Comment "TEACH" and I'll send you more information about healthy voice use for teachers.

If you're worried about your upcoming performance because you don't know what your voice will do, you're not alone.

You can know your music, rehearse for hours, and still feel like your voice is unpredictable when it matters most.

A reliable singing voice isn't about hoping everything works on the day of the show. It's about understanding what's getting in the way and learning how to use your voice in a way you can rely on.

Comment "CONFIDENCE" and I'll send you the link to book a Voice Breakthrough Session.

If you've ever found yourself raising your voice over a noisy classroom, you already know how quickly that can wear you down.

You start the morning speaking normally.

By the afternoon, you're talking louder, repeating yourself, clearing your throat, and putting more effort into every sentence.

And by the end of the day, your voice feels completely different.

Many teachers assume the solution is to speak louder.

But healthy voice projection isn't the same as shouting.

The goal is to learn how to use your voice efficiently so you can be heard without constantly pushing for more volume.

If your voice is regularly tired or strained after teaching, that's worth paying attention to.

Comment "TEACH" and I'll send you more information on healthy voice use for teachers.

Sometimes you know something isn't quite right with your voice, but you don't know what to call it.

Maybe your voice gets tired too quickly.
Maybe speaking takes more effort than it should.
Maybe you struggle to project, or your voice doesn't feel as reliable as you'd like.

You may have tried changing things on your own, but you're still not sure what your voice actually needs.

That's why I created the Voice Quiz.

It's a free educational self-assessment designed to help you better understand what's getting in the way of the voice you want and guide you toward a next step that's appropriate for you.

It isn't about diagnosing yourself. It's about learning more about your voice so you can stop guessing and start understanding.

Curious about what your voice needs?

Teachers use their voices more than almost anyone else.

And yet, many have been told that vocal fatigue, hoarseness, and losing their voice by Friday are simply part of the job.

They're not.

If your voice feels worse as the week goes on, it's worth asking why.

The good news is that many voice challenges can improve when you understand what's causing them and learn healthier vocal habits.

On my YouTube channel, I share videos about vocal fatigue, hoarseness, voice projection, vocal health, and the habits that can affect your voice.

You've taught all day.

You've answered questions, managed the classroom, spoken over noise, and repeated yourself more times than you can count.

By Friday, your voice is exhausted.

Many teachers assume that's simply part of the job.

But vocal fatigue isn't something you have to accept.

If your voice is consistently tired, strained, or hoarse by the end of the week, there's usually a reason, and understanding that reason is the first step toward changing it.

On my YouTube channel, I share videos about vocal fatigue, voice projection, and healthy voice use to help teachers better understand what's happening to their voices.

Many people assume that if their voice feels tired, strained, or unreliable, they simply need to rest.

And sometimes, rest is important.

But if the same problems keep coming back, it's worth asking a different question:

Why is this happening in the first place?

Voice challenges can be influenced by muscle tension, breathing patterns, vocal habits, and how efficiently your voice is working.

On my YouTube channel, I share videos about vocal fatigue, hoarseness, voice projection, and vocal health to help you better understand what's happening and what you can do about it.
