If you're a teacher, you probably don't think twice about raising your voice when the classroom gets loud.
You have a lesson to teach. Students need your attention. Someone in the back can't hear you.
So you push a little harder.
Then you do it again tomorrow.
Over time, that extra effort can become your normal way of speaking.
Your voice shouldn't have to feel exhausted just because you had a full teaching day.
Learning how to project efficiently can help you be heard without relying on more and more volume.
Comment "TEACH" and I'll send you more information about healthy voice use for teachers.
