Over the last two decades, Steve and his wife have navigated the ups and downs of parenthood with their four children, two of whom live with special needs. Their youngest daughter, Rosetta, has shown Steve the depth of a parent’s love through every obstacle.
Rosetta lives with SCO1, an ultra-rare genetic condition that affects energy production and physical development. This rare disorder presents challenges with seizures and breathing, requiring 24/7 care and ongoing medical support. Rosetta and her family rely on private duty nursing services for stability, comfort, and peace of mind. Thanks to their Aveanna nurses, Steve can focus on what matters most: being Rosetta’s dad.
