Don’t ever limit yourself. Limitations exist only in the mind. Your beliefs limit you more than anything if you allow it to. If you constantly have limiting beliefs, you will never seek solutions to improve how you age. Instead, you’ll find excuse after excuse not to change your lifestyle or your limiting ways! But with an open mind, you’ll be open to growth and improvement. The human body is incredibly capable of more than any of us think. Take command of your thoughts and your actions today so that you’ll come out on the winning end of things down the stretch… And what I mean by winning end - Full autonomy and self sustainability!
