Friday night, youth art show . Had to go check it out and support my friend Lisa Wallace's daughter Nyla's first art show. I was very impressed with this group show. The raw expressiveness, and how adept kids are at using tech to interface graphic design with freehand drawing. Really cool. These kids grew up with high tech at their finger tips. The show was curated on the grounds of an amazing, sprawling estate. That doubles as an art and music conservatory too. Beautiful spot.

Had to stop by to catch OG Brett King spinning a set The Tasting Kitchen , Venice. Every Thurs. Bring yo wallet!!

Was a delight meeting Claudia Oliveira who was nice enough to let me shoot her gorgeous food. I had a very summery skinny marg that was smooth as silk. Had to be the Blanco.

Today there was a solar eclipse and there is a new moon. Also, from the interwebs: "The Perseid meteor shower peaks tonight, offering one of the year’s best celestial displays. Thanks to a new moon creating exceptionally dark skies, observers can expect up to 50 to 100 meteors per hour under ideal conditions."

The coolest thing that happened for me today, was that I visited with three babies. Two who have a chance at a fresh start. One who's future is undetermined.

The celestial events today, contribute to augmented energy. That could require self-discipline and self-redirection. A good day to focus on personal goal setting.

Miss Jill Scott was great! Thanks to Susan James for hooking up the tix. I was thoroughly impressed by VMC Dr1nkS I got the Paloma 40oz from a vendor outside, and it was legit. The YouTube Theater had good sound. Nice sized, classy venue.

08/08 Lion's Gate or what? What! Lol! Y'all know about the hype? Slept in, got my rest on. Ran errands. Got stuff done. Did my shopping. Then, circled back to the mall just yards away at the urging of a coworker I ran into, and on a whim stood in line for 20 minutes. For a free $60 gas card being given away. And the Homie gave me two!! Holla! $120 bucks! Out of thin air. Did I "manifest it?" Or did I just grab the opportunity? I'm going with the latter. Go after good opportunities and the probability good will happen out of it, is more likely. Facts!

Much of current politics! Nope, no no! I Cain't Understand that nonsense from a Tool Cabinet! Also, who in my building put their old cat bed in the Recycling bin? I do not comprehend that! No no! Nope!

and John and Michelle . I thank my ancestors for sending me great friends, everywhere. All over the world. That I can understand, and it soothes me. Yea, yea, yup.

Amazing, Full Moon in Aquarius Sound Bath. Sponsored by They are doing some interesting things. I made some new connections on this culmination, full moon fruition. Surrounded by the four elements: grounding earthy grass, rolling ocean ions, seabreeze, and lit by fire Copal and Palo Santo incense. It was a full sensory experience.
