We were thrilled to not only welcome back the music of Ted Yoder, but also to bring some entertainment to our green space! Our Courtyard is a beautiful place where our residents can go and relax, do some raised bed gardening, or even listen to some amazing music! Have your heard of Cruise Ducks? There is fun tradition of hiding rubber ducks on cruise ships and we decided to bring that fun here to our residents! Our amazing team of department heads hid 98 rubber ducks through the building for residents and fellow staff to find! It was a great day of finding and collecting rubber ducks!

June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month, and we would like to highlight our sister facility, Miller's Merry Manor–Plymouth.

Plymouth has a specialized memory care community called The Boulevard, designed to support residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

While Miller's Merry Manor–Culver does not currently offer a specialized memory care community, we are happy to connect families with the closest community that best fits their loved one's needs.

Who doesn't love a quirky holiday?! The 19th was Ice cream in the House Day! According to stories, it's when Dolly Madison first served ice cream in the White House. While the story may be more myth than fiction, what a fun little holiday!

We decided to celebrate it because who can turn down reason to celebrate ice cream! To honor this day we had a ice cream social with different kinds of ice cream and all the toppings.
