Soooo 
I did a thang🙃

These last two years have felt like a joke, & I don’t mean that in a derogatory way —just in a full, throttle surrender way.😬

I’m a Virgo (with a whole lotta other magic in there) —which means I am WIRED to serve.

But, I had a hard stop check-in every aspect of my life when I saw just how much ego was wrapped up in the way I was showing up. My sweet ego wanted to protect me & unchecked —I was starting to get grabby.

I lost the heartbeat of my work, I lost sight of the heartbeat in my soul. My fear of “do I belong?” was becoming laced in everything.

The way I was seeking validation.

The way I was wanting to reach the masses by morphing into marketability.

The way I was super scared to pivot away from being available to everyone —which meant risking. it. all.

44 & perimenopausal is stunningly catipulting me back into my heart, my true compass north.

I’m a storyteller with a self-exposed, healer twist.đŸ€Ș

Chaos trained my dopamine.đŸ’„
Survival truly was my drug of choice, & adrenaline felt like purpose.

We all have wounds, and none of it makes you less than. None of it means anything about you —your place in this world.

I wasn’t a victim.
And that’s the hardest part about my story to understand, because it would be way too easy.

Easy to cast stones.
Easy to run.

I stopped believing my “I’m unworthy” story long before my new habits were created. It’s just that I had an appetite for growing through chaos, trauma, & drama that DEEPLY fueled me.

But when growth started feeling like waiting and healing felt like hiding —I learned how to walk away from my story, and learned how to embody who I became because of what I chose to do with my experiences.

I see it too in my sweet clients.

The good girls.
The pleasers.
The worriers 


Survival is what they know and their entire life is arranged for bracing.

Healing is a forever thing, Love —not a destination.

Reiki was medicinal for me.đŸ•Šïž
It was the antidote in my emotional sobriety, because it was the first time I “felt” what love was.

Navigating a series of traumatic catalysts, I needed a slow release, kind of medicine—I needed gentle, I needed easy.

Learning how to breathe inside my emotional death; I had underestimated the power of Grace.

I couldn’t explain away the rising, even & especially when my life was on fire.

I couldn’t deny the fullness I felt all around, even & especially when I struggling to love myself.

To the degree that I allowed it, the love that Reiki embodied penetrated my core.

These last 11 years, I became devoted to the art of Reiki, because I too wanted others to feel what I felt. I wanted others to feel loved just because, & seen for who they are
right here. right. now.

I wanted my clients to find freedom from all the scripts, all the roles, all the damn noise.

The psychic in me likes to work in tandem with my Ascending Reiki Masters to curate a perfectly crafted, soul-level healing experience, because quite frankly
nothing else will do.

I ran my body into the ground.
I emotionally deprived myself.
I told stories that kept me small, vigilant, & disconnected from my power.
