Mental Health Month can sometimes feel like a conversation about diagnoses, symptoms, or what we’re struggling with.

Those conversations matter, and so does the deeper work.
The work of understanding how our experiences shape the way we show up in relationships.
The work of noticing the beliefs we’ve carried for years without realizing it.
The work of recognizing that many of our hardest patterns were once intelligent adaptations to the environments we lived in.

Healing often begins when we stop treating ourselves like a problem to solve and start approaching our stories with curiosity.

Sometimes the breakthrough looks less like fixing something and more like deciding we’re not carrying it anymore.

Episode 27 of with is out everywhere you get your podcasts.

Most of us didn’t grow up learning how to be with anger.

We learned to push it down.
To move past it.
To not make it a problem.

But it doesn’t really go away.
It builds, shifts, and sometimes it turns into resentment before we even realize it.

What if anger isn’t something to get rid of, but something trying to tell you where something matters?

If that lands, there’s probably more here for you. Comment “ANGER” and we’ll send you the full session.

There’s a thought that keeps showing up…

“I’m not enough.”
“I’m too much.”
“I can’t get it right.”

It feels true. But it didn’t start with you.

These beliefs were learned somewhere along the way, and there is a way to re-write the internal narrative.

Comment “ENOUGH” and we’ll send the link right to your inbox.

You show up for everyone.
You give, care, hold it together…

But when it comes to love?
It can feel hard to believe it’s really for you.
Like there’s something in you that makes you…not enough.

That quiet shame didn’t come out of nowhere.

Comment “SEEN” and we’ll send you a free resource to help you start making sense of it.

For years, we’ve heard the same request from our alumni and community: “Can we have more time with the horses?”

We’ve seen how a single moment in the arena can shift things that years of talk therapy couldn’t quite reach. You asked for a way to go deeper into that connection, and we are so excited to finally offer a dedicated Equine Group Experience. 🐎

If you’ve been feeling stuck in your healing journey or find yourself hitting a wall with the “same old” conversations, this is the “something different” your growth might be asking for.

This experience is for you if:
➡️ You’re tired of the “internal critic” that won’t stop talking.
➡️ You want to practice boundaries and communication in real-time.
➡️ You’re ready to try something new to move past a plateau.

If you’re even a little curious, comment “SADDLE” and we’ll drop the details directly into your inbox.

Ever feel like you’re your own worst enemy? ✋

You finally land the dream job, enter a healthy relationship, or start a new wellness routine. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, you find a way to blow it up.

It’s not because you’re “broken.” It’s often because your nervous system doesn’t yet recognize “good” as “safe.”

If you grew up in an environment where you had to earn love or where criticism was the norm, genuine nurturing can feel unfamiliar. Your system might actually reject the very thing you’ve been praying for because it doesn’t equate “good” with “safe.”

At the root of sabotage is often a whisper of unworthiness:
“I don’t deserve this.”
“Something is wrong with me.”
“I’m not a good person.”

The shift starts with self-compassion. When you notice that urge to sabotage, take a breath. Recognize that it might be a younger version of you just trying to keep you safe in the only way they knew how.

✨ FREE RESOURCE: We’ve released the full session on Self-Sabotage and Self-Worth to help you break this cycle at no cost.

Comment WORTHY and we will send it straight to your DMs. 👇

If setting boundaries makes you feel guilty, this might be why.

Many of us didn’t grow up learning that our needs, limits, and feelings were allowed to take up space.

Instead, we learned things like: “Keep the peace,” “Don’t disappoint people,” “Take care of everyone else first,” “Don’t rock the boat.”

So when you try to set a boundary as an adult, your body reacts with guilt, anxiety, or fear. Not because boundaries are wrong. But because you’re going against patterns your nervous system learned long ago.

In this new Onsite Session, our clinician Serifatu explains:
▫️why boundaries can feel impossible
▫️how family enmeshment can blur personal limits
▫️why guilt shows up when you say no
▫️the difference between a rule vs. a boundary
▫️how to start protecting your needs without losing connection

Because boundaries aren’t about pushing people away.

They’re about creating the distance where you can care for yourself and stay connected to others at the same time.

We’re also sharing a free tool to help you practice using your “no.” Comment SET and we’ll send it to you.
