Today, we're shining some light on one of the incredible team members who makes our community truly feel like home, Jeffery White!
As a team member for more than 20 years, Jeff W knows our community well. One of the most special things about working at our community is the opportunity to create relationships with our residents. One of the residents who has made a major impact on Jeff W is resident Jeff M.
The bond these two have built is special. Team member Jeff says, "My goal is to make Jeff M feel good and feel safe in his home. I'm happy to have the opportunity to brighten his day."
The little moments that happen during our days are sometimes unseen - but the small things can often mean the most. A kind word, a helping hand, a shared laugh, or a short conversation mean a lot - to both team members and residents. Care matters, but companionship and relationships matter just as much. We're happy to enrich the lives of residents in many ways each day.
We asked Jeff W what he would say to a family that felt nervous about moving a loved one into our community. He says, “We want families to know that their loved ones are safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. Questions and concerns are always welcome because communication and trust are incredibly important to us. Most of all, we want families to know that we also become your family. We are honored to take this step with you.”
